I had a health review this week with Katie, the nurse at the surgery. She is brilliant; she takes time to get to know you as a person, not just as another patient. She is always positive helpful and caring. I have other friends who always want to go to Katie because she is so understanding and helpful. The surgery is very lucky to have her there!

Receptionists always very helpful and friendly. Bright and clean waiting room. Nice atmosphere. Relaxed. Gives the impression of being very well run.

First class help from Harriet on reception last week when I needed to sort out a steroid injection in my shoulder. Flexibility on the part of Dr Elcombe when I was late for my appointment. Thank you both.
